Posie Badges
Well friends, it all started about a year ago when I was planning my very own wedding. What to give my guestbook attendant and other honored helpers that would be meaningful and special? I'm still not sure how, but the first prototypes of the Posie Badge ensued.
It occured to me that if I made fabric corsages, they'd not only last a long time but they'd also be very lightweight. Then an idea popped into my brain! Why not use really strong magnets to attach the corsage to the wearer's garment? All without the use of ouchy pins than can leave holes in clothing.
A few months after my wedding, I started to play around with the design of the "Posie Badge," and figured out a system that I think works pretty well. I've been selling them on Etsy, a website where people can buy and sell handmade items. So fun!
From beads to fabric to felt, I manage to include all sorts of goodies in my creations. Take a look for yourself, and see what you like.
